Commercial Rekey & Master Key Systems

Managing keys for a business can be a nightmare. We design and implement Master Key Systems. This allows you (the owner) to have one Grand Master key that opens every door, while your managers have keys that open only their departments, and general staff have keys that open only the front door. This granular control improves security and internal accountability.

Access Control & Keyless Entry

Metal keys are becoming obsolete in modern business. We install electronic access control systems, including keypad locks, card readers, and mag-locks. These systems allow you to add or delete user credentials instantly—no need to call a locksmith to rekey the building every time an employee leaves.

Panic Bars and Exit Devices

Safety compliance is just as important as security. We install and repair push bars (panic bars) and door closers that meet local fire codes and ADA requirements. A malfunctioning door closer can slam on a customer or leave a door unlocked; we adjust and replace the hydraulic arms to ensure smooth, safe operation.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Can you rekey a file cabinet? Yes. We can generate keys for lost file cabinet locks or replace the cam locks entirely to secure sensitive documents.
  • What is a "Do Not Duplicate" key? We can install "Restricted Keyways." These keys cannot be copied at a hardware store; they can only be duplicated by the authorized locksmith with a letter of authorization from the business owner.
  • My storefront door slams shut too hard. Can you fix it? Yes. This is usually a hydraulic fluid leak or adjustment issue in the door closer. We can adjust the sweep and latch speeds or replace the unit if it has failed.
  • Do you offer billing accounts for businesses? Yes, we work with property managers and business owners to set up commercial accounts for ongoing maintenance and emergency services.
  • How fast can you respond to a break-in? We treat break-ins as emergencies. We can arrive quickly to secure the building, repair the door frame, and replace the compromised locks to get you back in business.

Silverton, OR Insights: Population,
Zip Codes, Influence, and Service Areas

Silverton is a city in Marion County, Oregon, United States. The city is situated along the 45th parallel about 12 miles (19 km) northeast of Salem, in the eastern margins of the broad alluvial plain of the Willamette Valley. The city is named after Silver Creek, which flows through the town from Silver Falls into the Pudding River, and thence into the Willamette River. The community of Milford was founded in 1846 with a sawmill, store and several other buildings two miles upstream from the present location of Silverton. In about 1853 a second sawmill was built on Silver Creek near where the Silverton city hall now stands. In 1854 the town of Silverton was platted and registered with Marion County. Human habitation of the Silverton area extends back approximately 6,000 years before the present. In historical times, the region was dominated by the Kalapuya and Molala peoples, whose seasonal burns of the area made it plow-ready and attractive to early 19th century Euro-American settlers. Farming was Silverton's first major industry, and has been a dominant land-use activity in and around Silverton since the mid-19th century.
